Today, we have released SnapCrab for Windows 1.1.0 and Sleipnir 3 for Windows(3.8.4) that link together to capture web pages.
Capture web pages
With this release, you can now capture web pages being viewed on Sleipnir from SnapCrab.
In order to capture web pages, display the page you want to capture in Sleipnir, then press the SnapCrab tool bar capture button and display the menu.
・Capture displayed area of web page(V)
Capture the area of the page that is being displayed in Sleipnir.
・Capture all of web page(A)
Scrolls through the page being displayed in Sleipnir and captures all of the page. This makes it possible to capture all of pages in one go even if they are very long.
When you select one of the menus, a capture is made in Sleipnir, and a file is saved with file destination, image format and more based on the settings in SnapCrab.
Furthermore, the following hot keys are assigned, so you can capture using keyboard operations while browsing in Sleipnir.
– Capture displayed area of web page: Ctrl+Print Screen
– Capture all of web page: Shift+Print Screen
■ How to setup when using the ZIP version of Sleipnir 3 for Windows
In order to capture in the ZIP version of Sleipnir 3 for Windows, it is necessary to set the destination of Sleipnir.exe in Details.

＊ Capture web pages is supported from today’s release of Sleipnir 3 for Windows(3.8.4), so if you are already using Sleipnir, please update to the latest version.
Image sharing site Flickr support added
In response to the requests of many users, you can post images taken in SnapCrab for Windows to Flickr.
When you want to post to Flickr, click the post button and select “Post to Flickr”.
Select the area to capture using the mouse when the white cover is displayed on the desktop, and then click the camera button.
When the dialog for posting is displayed, decide if you want to change the title, and then press the post button.
When posting for the first time, login just like when using your browser when the authentification dialog is diaplyed.
At the end of the authentification process, press “OK, I’LL AUTHORIZE IT” when the confirmation dialog is displayed in the application, and then provide posting authority to SnapCrab. One this is finished, posting to Flickr will begin.
And once you have completed the authentification procedure, you will never have to do it again.
We have also made it possible to edit hash tags when posting to Twitter from SnapCrab and made other fixes.
